The renovation respects the house's heritage, allowing its character to remain at the heart of the home. Natural materials and considered details add a soft, understated palette, creating spaces that feel calm, timeless and connected to their surroundings.

The house opens onto two distinct outdoor spaces, each with its own character and purpose.
At the front of the house, a private garden provides a peaceful setting for outdoor dining and relaxed, slow mornings, in the comfort of greenery and the quiet rhythm of village life.
At the rear of the house, the atmosphere is relaxed and leisurely, with a private pool and a second dining area, creating the perfect setting for long afternoons in the sun. Prepare unhurried meals in the outdoor kitchen area, complete with a Plancha, as the evening gradually settles in.
Together, the two spaces offer a natural flow between garden, pool and dining, providing somewhere to gather, retreat and enjoy the simple pleasure of living outdoors in Comporta.

The house accommodates up to 6 guests.
How many bedrooms does the house have?
The house has 4 bedrooms: 2 double en-suite rooms, and 2 that can be configured as either double or twin as needed.
How many bathrooms are there?
There are 3 bathrooms plus a guest lavatory. 2 bathrooms are en-suite, and there is one main bathroom, in addition to a guest lavatory on the ground floor.
Is the pool private and available year-round?
The house has an entirely private plunge pool in one of its two courtyards. The pool measures 6 m × 2.5 m × 1 m deep. The pool is not heated, but an electro-mechanical cover helps retain the heat in the water.
