Booking Terms

Reservations

[Booking terms content to be added. This section will describe how reservations are made and confirmed.]

Payment

A payment of 50% of the total booking cost is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% is due 42 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking up to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund, less a 3% administration fee. For cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the scheduled check-in date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded, less a 3% administration fee. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

House Rules

No smoking is permitted inside the house or in the outdoor areas.

Damage & Security

A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of check-out, provided no damage, loss or other issues are identified. No administration fee is charged for returning the security deposit. A cleaning fee of EUR 100 applies to all bookings.
