Your stay includes full use of the house, private pool, full kitchen, laundry facilities, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. A cleaning fee of EUR 100 applies.

Before You Book

Important Conditions

Minimum stay: 7 nights in high season (July and August), 4 nights in mid season (June and September), and 3 nights in off season (October to May). Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A payment of 50% of the total booking cost is required to secure the reservation, with the remaining 50% due 42 days before arrival. A cleaning fee of EUR 100 and a security deposit of EUR 1000 apply. No administration fee is charged for returning the security deposit. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival receive a full refund (less a 3% admin fee); 30 to 59 days receive 50% (less 3% admin fee); under 30 days are non-refundable. How do I book a stay?

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes. High season (July and August): minimum 7 nights. Mid season (June and September): minimum 4 nights. Off season (October to May): minimum 3 nights.

What are the rates?

Rates are EUR 820 per night in July and August with a 7-night minimum stay, EUR 820 per night in June and September with a 4-night minimum stay, and EUR 490 per night from October to May with a 3-night minimum stay. The applicable season is based on your arrival date. There is also a EUR 100 end cleaning fee and a refundable EUR 1,000 security deposit.

Is a deposit required?

A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required. It will be refunded in full within 14 days of check-out, provided no damage, loss or other issues are identified. A cleaning fee of EUR 100 applies.
