The house accommodates up to 6 guests.

The house has 4 bedrooms: 2 double en-suite rooms, and 2 that can be configured as either double or twin as needed.

There are 3 bathrooms plus a guest lavatory. 2 bathrooms are en-suite, and there is one main bathroom, in addition to a guest lavatory on the ground floor.

The house has an entirely private plunge pool in one of its two courtyards. The pool measures 6 m × 2.5 m × 1 m deep. The pool is not heated, but an electro-mechanical cover helps retain the heat in the water.

Yes, the house has air conditioning and heating throughout.

Children are welcome at Comporta Village House. [Cot and high chair availability to be confirmed.]

Yes, the house is in the centre of Comporta village, within easy walking distance of local restaurants, shops and cafes. São João is a short walk, and Minimercado Gomes corner shop is just a few minutes away. There are also several recommended restaurants and bars within walking distance — see our restaurant recommendations for details.

Praia da Comporta is less than five minutes from the house by car, or approximately 10–15 minutes on foot or by bicycle via the path alongside the rice fields and the boardwalk.

The village centre is walkable; restaurants, shops and cafes are on your doorstep. For exploring the wider Comporta region, including beaches, wineries and nearby towns, a car is recommended. Parking is available on street, outside the house.

Yes. High season (July and August): minimum 7 nights. Mid season (June and September): minimum 4 nights. Off season (October to May): minimum 3 nights.

Rates are EUR 820 per night in July and August with a 7-night minimum stay, EUR 820 per night in June and September with a 4-night minimum stay, and EUR 490 per night from October to May with a 3-night minimum stay. The applicable season is based on your arrival date. There is also a EUR 100 end cleaning fee and a refundable EUR 1,000 security deposit.

A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required. It will be refunded in full within 14 days of check-out, provided no damage, loss or other issues are identified. A cleaning fee of EUR 100 applies.

Yes — there are several excellent options within walking distance. Walkable restaurants include Comporta Cafe Beach Club, Cavalariça, Mesa, Sado, Almo, São João and Boca Boa. For drinks or a casual bite, Cosmo Bar, Be Bar and Piadinas are all in the village. If you fancy a short drive, JNcQUOI Beach Club, JNcQUOI Deli, Sublime Beach Club, Elemento Atlantico and Dona Bia are all nearby.

Gomes, the corner shop, sells an eye watering variety of produce and is just minutes from the house. There is also a fresh fish shop and an excellent butcher nearby. For a larger supermarket and additional services, Carvalhal is approximately 15 minutes by car.
